Sunday 15 October Wheelers Oyster Bar

12 pm & 3pm 

£185 per head

The iconic Wheeler’s Oyster Bar, Whitstable welcomes Tom Kerridge, Angela Hartnett, Stephen Harris and José Pizarro together for the first time to create a once in a lifetime 6 course tasting lunch, in two sittings.

Each chef will take a course along with Mark Stubbs, Head Chef at the intimate Whitstable oyster bar which has graced the high street for over 150 years, who will top the event with a Devilled Scallop at the Wheeler’s Beach Hut before taking his guests back to the restaurant for the main event. 

Much-loved Spanish chef José Pizarro (José, Pizarro, José Pizarro Broadgate and Little José) will take the starter course,  Kentish girl Angela Hartnett (Murano, Café Murano, The Merchant’s Tavern) will create the pasta course.Local hero Stephen Harris of The Sportsman will take the Fish course, using his extensive knowledge of the marshes, the beach and the seasons to create a truly memorable course.  And the inimitable and passionate Tom Kerridge (The Hand & Flowers, The Coach Marlow) will run the Meat course. Mark will then tail the event, working with Kentish orchards to devised a stunning Wheelers dessert to round off the meal.
